ice program offers integrated culinary extracurricular (ice) program for all members to specialize their knowledge in related with Chef knowledge. 

  • ESP : English for Specific Purpose – an English course for people who would like to explore the international knowledge of Chef 

  • Culinary Convenience : A forum group discussion organized by the executive chef of to enhance the talents of chef (culinary skills, workspace, creativity, and creation)

  • Basic Arts : A forum group discussion organized by the art director of to expand the knowledge of every chef in understanding visual perspective and arts in graphic.

Target result of the ice program is : a chef with PR acumen and fine sense of creativity.
