The rustic Griffintown Cafe

Come and Eat with the Gladiators

Hello Gladiators!

Last weekend, after a tour of the City, going from here to there, we ended up at the Griffintown Cafe. If you haven’t been, its a go to. It offers a rustic comfort, excellent brunch and if you re up to it, live jazz nights.

Not our first visit, and definitely not our last, it was once again very good. Although this time around they were out of crab cakes… which I have yet to try since the last time we were over I got the same ” sorry we re all out” ; I opted this time for the eggs benedict. As the rest of the menu, delicious. Homemade breakfast potatoes, excellent hollandaise, greens and fruits on the side with coffee of your choice. Happy Customer!

We also had the huevos divorciados. Poached eggs with tortillas, chili and avocado with a side of pulled pork. Simply delicious!
